Background

Cora Stock's work has evolved from living by the coast and Somerset Levels; she uses the contrast of forms, shapes and texturest and expressed in her recent Raku fired pots and sculptures.as well as in the landscape of the Sedgemoor Marshes using etched copper plates.

Her teaching career spans from being a lecturer in ceramics in further secondary and adult education to working for a charity for excluded children and now runs ceramic design classes her studio. 



Trained at Kingston-upon-Thames University in sculpture then ceramics at the Royal College of Art and gained a teaching qualification at Goldsmiths
